What’s Going on with Cyberlux Corporation?

Cyberlux Corporation (CYBL) recently announced that the company has acquired FBD Group SHPK, which is based in Tirana, Albania. Cyberlux now owns 100% of FBD Group SHPK. The transaction was “comprised of both shares of common stock valued at $0.10 and $0.20 and a cash component” that will be paid out over a two-year earnout period, with certain equity incentives for continued revenue growth, plus other milestones and development targets to reach.

Yesterday, Oct. 7, CYBL stock gained 49.84% at market close, hitting 0.0471 per share.

What Does This Mean for CYBL?

“Today [Oct.7, 2021] is a fantastic day for the Cyberlux community, and we are so thrilled to have FBD Group join the Cyberlux family, with its extensive hardware and software capabilities, core infrastructure technology and global implementation know-how,” Cyberlux Corporation CEO Mark Schmidt remarked. “We view the FBD Group’s expansive skillset to be a force-multiplier across the Cyberlux organization, including our UAS business unit, our renewable energy products, and our Cyberlux Department of Defense technology.”

Cyberlux believes that the FBD Group SHPK acquisition will help the company build out its “infrastructure technology capability platform,” which includes “key technology assets and personnel resources, creating the growth engine for the Cyberlux infrastructure business across Europe and North and South America.”
