Stock futures were little changed Wednesday, with investors awaiting the release of fresh U.S. inflation data and earnings.
Futures for the Dow Jones Industrials faded 14 points to 37,749.
Futures for the S&P 500 eked ahead one point at 4,793.75.
Futures for the NASDAQ added 13.25 points, or 0.1%, to 16,843.50.
Cryptocurrency exchange Coinbase dropped 3% and rival Marathon Digital fell nearly 5%, respectively, as bitcoin prices declined. The price movement came on the back of an incorrect announcement posted to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission's X account, saying that it had approved bitcoin ETFs.
Earnings heats up Friday with results from major financial heavyweights including JPMorgan Chase and Bank of America, along with UnitedHealth Group and Delta Air Lines
In Japan, the Nikkei 225 marched ahead 2%, while in Hong Kong, the Hang Seng Index fell 0.6%.
Oil prices grew 81 cents to $73.05 U.S. a barrel.
Gold prices shone brighter $4.30 to $2,037.30 U.S. an ounce.
