First Look

Stocks are modestly higher Friday morning ahead of monthly employment data scheduled to be released later this morning. Oil prices are steady after climbing yesterday. The Nasdaq is up 0.4%, the S&P is up 0.35%, and the Dow Jones is up 0.25%.
