BioNTech SE - ADR (BNTX) is advancing 2.58% after releasing earnings that comfortably beat analyst revenue and earnings estimates. A strong quarter of vaccine revenues helped the company notch 211.2% year-over-year revenue. Despite rallying now, BioNTech opened lower due to uncertainty regarding the future demand for covid vaccines as the next vaccine will be limited to higher risk individuals if Congress doesn't approve additional funding for the vaccine.
Palantir Technologies Inc (PLTR) is down 21.62% after the company's earnings report showed slowing growth. Palantir missed earnings estimates and edged out revenue estimates. The company reiterated its +30% annual growth target through 2025, but, in the short term, Palantir offered downside second-quarter revenue guidance.
