TREES Corporation is a vertically integrated cannabis company. The Company is a cannabis retailer and cultivator in the United States, operating in Colorado and Oregon. The Company operates through two segments: Retail and Cultivation. It operates over eight cannabis dispensaries. It also operates over five cultivation facilities in Colorado. Its dispensaries carry a variety of classic and boutique flower strains, concentrates, cartridges, edibles, drinkables, and smoking accessories. It has two brands: TREES and SEVENFIVE FARM. The Company owns and operates a light-deprivation greenhouse and a campus of indoor cultivation facilities in Boulder, dispensaries in Englewood, Longmont and Berthoud, Colorado and three dispensaries in Portland, Oregon. The Company's subsidiaries include SevenFive Farms Cultivation, LLC, Green Tree Colorado LLC, Green Man Cannabis, LLC, and others.
