Asian ADRs Decline in Wednesday Trading

American depositary receipts of Asian stocks were trading 1.8% lower at 1,683.61 on the S&P/BNY Mellon Asia 50 ADR Index on Wednesday.

In North Asia, the gainers were led by Concord Medical Services (CCM), which climbed 22%. Real estate internet portal operator Fang Holdings (SFUN) also added 5.1% and fashion platform operator MOGU (MOGU) rose 3.5%.

The decliners in North Asia were led by online marketing tech services provider iClick Interactive (ICLK), which declined 7.3%. E-commerce service provider Yunji (YJ) also retreated 5.5% and Chinese automobile manufacturer NIO (NIO) lost 5.2%.

In South Asia, the only gainer was telecommunications company PLDT (PHI), which was up 0.7%.

The decliners in South Asia were led by consumer internet company Sea (SE) and communications technology firm Sify Technologies (SIFY), which declined 6% and 3%, respectively. HDFC Bank (HDB) also retreated 2.8%, and IT firm Infosys (INFY) lost 2.4%.
