In Europe stocks are up. The DAX is up 4.7%, the Euro Stoxx 50 is up 4.02%, the CAC 40 is up 3.7% and the FTSE 100 is up 2.12%.

Energy futures are mixed today. The price for West Texas Intermediate crude oil is down -0.78 at 27.56 per barrel. Brent crude is down -1.01 at 33.1 per barrel. Natural Gas is up 0.04 at 1.66. Precious metals are up this morning. Gold is up 19.84 at 1640.65 per ounce. Platinum is up 8.8 at 733.93 while silver is up 0.36 at 14.86. The dollar is mixed compared to the major currencies today. The greenback is up against the euro, up against the Yen and down against the Pound.
