Oil stocks rise as OPEC agrees to cut production
Chevron Corporation (CVX) is up 1.9% Friday on a strong day for oil. Brent Crude is up 5% following news that OPEC had agreed to cut daily production by 800,000 barrels. The cuts will be effective in January.
