James Cramer is a director and co-founder of TheStreet.com, Inc.
and author of Action Alerts PLUS. He founded the hedge fund now known
as Cramer Berkowitz and Co., which he ran until the end of 2000.
Cramer was a founder and former columnist for SmartMoney magazine
and helped found The American Lawyer. He is a frequent contributor
to Time magazine and has written about the stock market for New York
